Springdale Har-Ber hosted Siloam for the girls and boys games tonight. The games reversed each other in that Har-Ber won the girls game and Siloam won the boys. The big moment of the night was probably in the first quarter of the boys game when Payton Henson of Siloam Springs sinked six points to earn his 2,000th career point. Bravo to Payton!
Of course, I had a little trick up my sleeve. I’ve been wanting to mount a camera behind the backboard at one of these games. While I couldn’t do it tonight, I was able to get some other footage I’ve been looking for. Tiffany Thompson, a Har-Ber Wildcat cheerleader, was gracious enough to wear my GoPro on the chest mount and take some video from her perspective during the third quarter.

I was really anxious to see what it would be like to tumble with the camera, and Tiffany made that happen. She also caught some cool footage from the sidelines, a lift of one of her cheermates, and some sign work near the end. Cool video to watch if you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be a cheerleader! Thanks again to Tiffany and the Wildcat cheerleaders!
