Coming into work today, I knew we had no art for the Springdale Morning News for Tuesday. Listing to the scanner I heard a Springdale police officer talk about closing the road between Young Elementary and Har-Ber High School for a parade. Not knowing what it was about I ran out there wondering what the elementary school was doing. When I got there, I found Har-Ber High School was having their Homecoming Parade.  We knew their Homecoming was this week, but for some reason we did not know the parade was today. Luckily, I heard the police call or we would have missed what turned out to be a nice show of Har-Ber pride.

Springdale Har-Ber came out on top 21-14 against Rogers Heritage after the War Eagles came back in the fourth quarter to tie the Wildcats and forced the game into overtime.
